Jeff is a Systems Change Specialist at EPIS and a Certified Communities That Care Coach.  In this role he provides coaching and technical assistance for coalitions across Pennsylvania, including networking opportunities, resources, and professional development for CTC Mobilizers & Facilitators in Pennsylvania.  He also provides technical assistance for communities participating in the Coalition Check-Up project to support communities in reaching their goals and objectives.  Jeff has worked to expand opportunities for and the utilization of the Social Development Strategy through his work at EPIS.  He regularly hosts Learning Community Meetings to provide opportunities for coalition leaders, mobilizers, and facilitators to learn together from best practices in coalition work and prevention across Pennsylvania. 

Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.  He also has a Master’s degree in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University.  Prior to coming to EPIS Jeff served as the Executive Director/Mobilizer for Karns City Communities That Care.  During his time with Karns City Communities That Care the coalition was named the “PA Prevention Coalition of the Year” for 2017-2018 through the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance.
