Aaron Luneke is the Evaluation & Data Specialist for EPIS. His main role is to assist the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs by evaluating the substance abuse prevention needs assessment processes that are completed by the Single County Authorities. Aaron also works on an evaluation research team that focuses on evaluating the Evidence2Success framework for the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
Aaron is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where he earned his Ph. D. in Health Education, where his dissertation focused on the energy drink expectancies of college students. Additionally, he led a campus-wide needs assessment on alcohol and drug use as the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs Coordinator for Rocket Wellness at the University of Toledo. He is also a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a master’s degree in Health Services Administration as well as a bachelor's degree in Health Fitness in Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs.
