LifeSkills Training Webinar - Learner Engagement (Part 1/4)

This FREE webinar, being brought to you by the National Health Promotion Associates (NHPA) and EPIS, will provide information around learner engagement when delivering Botvin LifeSkills Training to youth. LST is delivered utilizing collaborative learning strategies via lecture, discussion, coaching, and practice. Craig Zettle, Consultant for LST with National Health Promotion Associates (NHPA), will lead our webinar and be available to answer questions.

The Botvin LifeSkills Training is a research-validated substance abuse prevention program proven to reduce the risks of alcohol, tobacco, drug abuse, and violence by targeting the major social and psychological factors that promote the initiation of substance use and other risky behaviors.

Craig Zettle is passionate about evidence-based prevention education and positive youth development. He has been involved in evidence-based prevention programming in schools and communities since 2004. He has experience working with educators and administrators in the United States and abroad. He has presented at conferences on education-related topics in the US, Europe, Asia, and South America. He frequently hosts webinars on the LST program and other school-based prevention topics, and consults on initiatives that seek to move evidence-based prevention education forward as it relates to the adoption of e-learning for school-based prevention.
